Originally Joy is from the UK, from Wokingham Berkshire and specialised in client relations. Joy married Bill in 1996 and joined the family business in 1997 looking after over 2000 clients. She has been managing client’s properties since 2006 and has a team of tradesmen and suppliers that can solve any issue quickly. Joy also manages the holiday arrivals and takes care of the renters during their stay and has many glowing reports for the “service with a smile” and “no matter what…I am always available” attitude she offers them. Joy is your main point of contact for the property management on Mar Menor Resort, La Torre Resort, Terrazas de la Torre Resort, Hacienda Riquelme Resort & Roda Golf Resort as she deals with the properties on a day to day basis reporting back every 7-10 working days following her regular visits.
