It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bath shower and has AC throughout.

 

The apartment has a 6 x 5 private garden for sunbathing and to have a nice breakfast or lunch or dinner.

There are great possibilities to walk or go hiking just within close proximity of this apartment.

 

The Urbanization of Mosa Trajectum is easily accessible from the C3319 highway and only 25 minutes’ drive from San Javier Airport and 45 minutes from Alicante Airport.

 

The resort is currently going through lots of changes but is an ideal place if you are looking for good weather and peace & quiet so you can relax, sunbathe and to have some nice drinks as well.

Easy access to the beaches of the Mar Menor with its shallow sea. Murcia City is only 15 minutes’ drive which is steeped in history with the Cathedral and typical small allies taking you to an abundance of little shops and plenty of bars and restaurants.  

 

In the other direction towards the beach you find Los Alcázares where you find also shops, bars and restaurants.

 

Also the port of Cartagena Port is a fantastic place to visit and by car is only 25 minutes.

 

Across C3319 highway is a very typical Spanish restaurant where you have the choice from various tapas or “menu del Dia” menu of the day that is every day different.  A 5 minutes drive there is another typical Spanish restaurant with various good food as well in Baños y Mendigo.

 

A car is a must! However with so many providers on the internet car hire prices are very competitive.
