IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTICE FROM THE COMMUNITY ADMINISTRATORS

Drivers who are seen to park causing obstruction, endangering the safety of other road users and pedestrians, parking in disabled bays when not registered to do so, not observing the one-way traffic system where it applies and damaging community property can expect to receive a dununcia notice by our security staff which may result in a fine demand from the Local Police.

Drivers using rental cars can expect any fine demand to be collected from their credit card account they used when completing their rental contract.

The Police authorities may also take immediate action when they visit which is on a daily basis.

Drivers are asked not to park on grass verges as this damages the irrigations system laid beneath the grass causing it to be damaged.

SPEEDING

The resort roads are now part of the police vehicle radar program and their mobile radar vehicle will be visiting the resort on a regular basis.

As such, drivers who exceed the resort speed restriction of 30kph can expect to receive a fine or even a summons. The appropriate notices warning drivers have now been erected. Offending drivers may be stopped for their details at the resort exit gates causing their delay. Drivers are asked to observe all traffic regulations and drive safely.

GOLF BUGGIES

If you are a user of a golf buggy, please ensure you follow the rules of the golf operators and restrict their use to the golf course and those areas enabling you to excess its different parts. Due to their improper use, and in co-operation with the golf operator security staff have been instructed to stop golf buggies which are being driven outside these areas. In such cases the key to the buggy may be retained and returned to the golf shop or at the very least you will be required to drive and return the buggy to the golf course.

So if you do not want your game to be delayed please ensure you follow the rules of the golf operator at all times.

DOGS

Owners please note that all dogs when in public areas are to be kept on a leash. If your dog is listed as a dangerous breed it should also be muzzled. Also those exercising their dog must clean up their excrement and dispose of it safely. Denuncia notices will be served on any owner or tenant who chooses not to follow this request which may result in a fine demand from the Local Police.

Formal arrangements have been made for any stray dog to be captured and removed off the resort to a dog rescue centre. In cases when a dog has been captured which can be identified to an owner on the resort, the owner will be advised where they can collect their dog.

USE OF MM2 SWIMMING POOLS

There is now a wrist band scheme operating on MM2 Community Pools. Only MM2 owners and their guests are entitled to use these bands. Any person not wearing such a band will be asked to leave the pool area by security who are regularly patrolling the pools throughout the day.

MM1 OWNERS AND THEIR GUESTS ARE NOT ENTITLED TO USE ANY OF THE MM2 SWIMMING POOLS.

To obtain free access to the Town Centre pool which is in private ownership, persons need to show their personal Community Owners Club Card. Which entitles two people to enter. Without the card an admission fee will be applied by the Town Centre operators.

NOISE

Those causing annoyance to neighbours by omitting excessive noise especially after midnight will be asked to stop by the security staff. Continued nuisance or in the case of repeat offenders the Police will be summoned and the owner or Tenant can expect a fine to be issued.
