Well it’s that time of year again where we need to start asking our clients that use our service regarding the 2015 non-resident tax declaration. If you do use our service we will contact you by email soon.
If you don’t please contact your assessors or solicitors whichever has been doing this for you in the past. They may contact you later in the year as you have until December 2016 to pay it. If not you should chase them as you are responsible for this ludicrous tax charged to non-residents property owners in Spain. However of you do not delare you could be fined considerably.
